I will tell you a little bit about my opinion and experience with anxiety disorder. Check it out below.

I wanted to talk to you about a topic that follows me daily; not only me, but also more than half of the world population: The anxiety.
In the dictionary, Anxiety is described as “the unpleasant feeling of terror due to anticipated events, and the feeling of imminent death”, that is, people who suffer from this disorder become apprehensive and nervous, usually with symptoms such as shaking and shortness of breath , restlessness and insomnia.
Anxiety and I
My experience with anxiety comes from my childhood, I would say since I was 9/10 years old. At first, as I was a child, I just noticed that something was wrong because sometimes someone came to ask me why I was shaking (it was not so apparent, but in some situations it was possible to notice) and I didn't know what to say, but fortunately I learned how to deal with it.
Controlling the anxiety

Over time, I started to understand my
anxiety better, and I learned techniques to control and calm myself when that happens. If you suffer from this disorder, go to the doctor, but also try to create routines that allow you to take some time off, time to take care of you. Anxiety is not a joke.
Some of the techniques that help me with anxiety are:
· Deep breathing; · Aroma therapy; · Enough hours of sleep; · physical exercises; · Teas. *Doctors and nutritionists also recommend avoiding caffeine, but if you are already adept, at least try to decrease the dose.
Anxiety influence:
I have always being embarrassed to talk about it, especially during childhood, but suffering from anxiety made me realize many of the factors that are linked to it, such as stress. I have excess of future. I think too much, I worry too much. The first recommendation is to always an appointment a doctor, but in my case, any medication that I have taken worked.
Believe it or not, but my "problem" has helped me in many times. I feel it was one of the factors that also influenced in my personality. My anxiety made me more attentive to the details, and helped me to learn to take care of myself.
If you suffer of anxiety, and it does not go away, do the same as I do, and rely on techniques to reduce the symptoms and try to somehow use it in your favor.

Your mind controls your body,
But YOU control your mind.
Ari.
