The cover letter is a document that, like the resume, is often required for applying for a job position.

Unlike the resume, which covers a biography of the candidate's professional life, in the cover letter, the candidate must describe his profile with more details to the prospective employer, that is, even adding facts that may be a reason for good impression.
Cover letters are generally persuasive, containing arguments that demonstrate to the employer what are the candidate's differentials and why he is the best choice to be part of the company. In the letter, details such as: name and contact, qualifications, experiences and perspectives must be included.
The cover letter can be structured as follows:
First Paragraph: Thank the company for the opportunity to apply for the position. Demonstrate, as a first impression, that you are the right person for the job you are applying.
Second Paragraph: In this part, if you are an employee's indication, write that person's name and his/her function. Complement pointing any information that is relevant to the role, such as languages that you speak, courses you are taking or have taken, extracurricular activities, etc.
Third Paragraph: Cite your professional information in an objective way, so it may causes admiration in the employer. For example, other qualities you have that differentiates you from other candidates.
Conclusion: reinforce the idea that you are the right candidate for the position, and make yourself available to answer any questions they possibly have. Sign your name and leave a contact information.
